Use the map to determine which plants are most likely to thrive in your region.
A variety that is marked Zones 2-6 should grow and thrive in zones 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6.
Orders will generally ship within 3 days of placing an order. We use UPS ground for all orders shipping from our Hillsboro, OR location. If there are any delays in our normal shipping process our customer service team will reach out to you.

Shipping and handling is included in the cost of the plant, there is no additional charges for shipping.
We accept all major credit cards. PayPal, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and Apple Pay are also acceptable forms of payment on our website.

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. All product is shipped thru UPS ground service.

If there are any issues with your order, please reach out to our customer service team at info@providencenursery.com and we will be happy to help you obtain a replacement of your product or help issue a store credit. Due to plants being a perishable item, we offer a one-time replacement of any product up to 90 days of ordering.
Yes, our site does allow for you to send product as a gift to an individual or to multiple addressee’s. There is a link on the checkout page that allows the user to check if the product is a gift. After checking the box, you will be given the option to enter a personal note to an individual and/or multiple individuals or use a pre-designed greeting card note. If you have more than 10 addresses that you would like to ship to, feel free to contact customer service on help uploading the addresses.
No, there is no extra charge to send product as a gift.
Currently we are not offering e-gift cards.
Due to the quick response on shipping to our customers, any orders that need to be canceled should be done within 6 hours after placing the order. Please contact our customer service department at info@providencenursery.com or call 866-325-0302 and our team will help in canceling the order. If your order has already been processed, then our team will work with you issuing a store credit.
For security reasons we suggest that you log in to your account on our site to find your tracking information. You also should have been emailed a UPS tracking number at the time your order shipped, which you then can track on UPS.com.
